A week :D

Ok well its been a week since I last posted.  I havent been terribly busy the last few days but I was soo busy until Tuesday.  We had a wonderful time in Kamloops and for once the step kids were actually good.  Which was such a relief.  We got to spend a very nice day with them, they were polite and listened very well.  Something that is a rare occurrence. Usually just from Tonys daughter.  His son is always a good boy.  Very loving and kind just like his daddy.  Well this past week was entertaining.  We found a place to live in Kamloops, which is soo nice.  It has a huge fenced yard and is only a duplex so I am very happy about that.  Also I got moved from high risk pregnancy to normal pregnancy which is also so exciting.  We had our membranes stripped and were sent on our way.  hehe.  Things the next couple weeks are going to be so busy. WOW I cant belive what I have ahead of me.  I have to give birth, plan an anniversary, plan a birthday, pack a house and move.  Oh joy.  We are also hoping to go to a family reunion.  But that depends if we are out of the hospital and how I am feeling. ahhh life. Well have to run, its time to make lunch.

Auto Shops, Pawn Shops and Future Shop.. blah

Wow its only 1230 and already I feel ready to go to bed.  We have had such a busy morning.  If you are wondering though Isabella slept until 730 this morning PRAISE THE LORD.. LOL

Anyways so we go to future shop to return this TV mount that we have but do not want.  We got it awhile ago but its never been opened and we have the receipt. Um yeah that didnt help us much.  They said that the receipt was too faded to read so there was nothing they could do for us. Um WHAT??!?!?!  I was not going to get angry at this but why, I have the receipt, its still in unopened condition, why would they not take it. BLah I hate the future Shop here its always given us nothing but troubles.  We had a brand new PS3 that stopped working and they wouldnt do a thing for us so we took it to Kamloops on one of our many trips and guess what they gave us a brand new PS3 but upgraded us from the 60gb to the 80..  Now thats service.  Then my hubbys Wii stopped working so we hauled it off to the future shop here, with the receipt and they said that since we got it in Kamloops maybe they might help us.  I phoned Kamloops and they called here and made the future shop here refund us so we could go to wal mart and buy a new one.  Then I accidentally bought the wrong Blu Ray session for Hero’s for my hubby so I wanted to exchange it for the right session..  No receipt but I thought hopefully they would help me OH GOD was that drama.  The lady pretty much accused me of stealing it.  She said with out a receipt its probably stolen and why should they help me..  I was standing there pregnant and with my 2yr old (at the time) and you think I really stole the stupid blu ray set… ERG.  So needless to say we will NEVER shop at the future shop here ever ever ever again..  Even though we have a $66 credit with them. ERG..  So after that we went off to some of the local pawn shops to see if Tony could get rid of some of his swords he no longer wants..  As well as some PS2 games we have laying around.  Well he called ahead and the lady said that they did take swords and to bring them in.  So we get there and shes like oh we dont take these sorry.  And she offered us $3 for all our PS2 games. Nope pass..  Ok so our next stop in the ride of disappointment was off to the Auto shop.  Last week we were parked at the bottle depot and Isabella and I were waiting for Tony when a really bad driver backed in to us and dented our passenger side fender so on Wednesday we took it to the shop to be repaired.  They told us Friday morning it would be ready which was fine since I can wait till afternoon to go to Kamloops (oh we are going to kamloops this weekend) so after all our running around we figure it should be done so we go to get it and they are like oh no its not ready till 5..  I dont want to drive to Kamloops at 5pm, so I told them that was not acceptable.  They called the manager out and the manager was like oh well sorry..  I explained my situation and hes like oh well I will go talk to the worker.  So he leaves and then comes back.  Like hes trying to make me feel guilty or something says well the worker says he will forgo his lunch break for you and finish up the work.. Ok thank you I say.  Like I care if he has to put off his lunch break, they had told us Friday morning. ARG what a day so far and its only half way over….

Oh a happier note, we were driving and Isabella was getting very upset, she was crying that she did not want her balloon so Tony took it and was going to let it fly out the window when I thought that maybe there was more to the story and perhaps he should just wait till we stopped and I was able to talk to her about why she didnt want her balloon so he waited.  We got to the shop and he went in and I asked her what was the matter..  She said very matter of factly, I dont want my balloon cause its smacking me in the face.  I said oh does it hurt you?  She snidely says NO its just annoying me! hahahah cutest thing ever..  Ah yes the joys of parent hood…..  Anyways thats my rant for today.  We are going to Kamloops this afternoon to visit family, see Tonys kids (great) and go to the OBGYN on Monday.  Should be action packed BYEEEEEEEEEE

First Blog…

Well so I decided to give the whole blogging thing a try, I thought it was sort of interesting and cool to read other ppls blogs and thought oh perhaps I will try it.  I dont think my life is exactly exciting or interesting, but oh there is tonnes of drama and what better way to deal with issues then talking about them.  I also love getting comments and advice so I hope ppl actually read this and comment on it. 

I guess I will start by saying a bit about myself, I am really random and jump around a lot so if its difficult to follow I appologize.  I am married to the man of my dreams (most of the time) and am currently the mama to a 3 yr old named Isabella.  We are having a little boy next month.  His name is going to be Nathan.  My husband has 2 kids from a previcous relationship, Samantha 9 and Alexander 6..  Theres were most of the drama comes from. We live in Chilliwack BC but are giong to be moving to Kamloops in the next month or so..  um I love swimming, camping being active (most of the time) but also enjoy lazing about sometimes.  Hmm now to the meat and potatoes….

Today was interesting..  It started way to early for my taste.  I had a horrible time sleeping and at 535 could not sleep anymore.. Then at 6:15am in walks Isabella.. Morning mommy. Um no I dont think so. Goodness what in the name of whatever was she thinking getting up at that time.  Daddy took her back to bed and rubbed her back for a bit but she wouldnt go back to sleep so I sort of got up with her (I had a bath, prego cramps) then at 7:30 I asked Tony to get up with her..  He did.. I dont understand it lately she has been waking so early and for the life of me I can not figure out why.  She used to be my good sleeper..  She would sleep 12 hours a night.  Now I am lucky if I put her to bed at 830 that she doesnt get up at 6..  Ugh, how I miss sleeping to 730.  That was our routine, bed at 730 up at 730 it was delightful.  Now she wakes up so early. Tony isnt a morning person either at all usually although lately with the new medicine he is taking he has been quite a bit better..  Gawd I wish I could think of away to make her sleep until at least 7..  I need her to.  Oh the life of a 3 yr old.. 

Tony just left to go to this open access clinic at our family doctors..  He has to get a note so that pharmacare will cover his Welbutrin prescription.  Tony has been taking welbutrin for about 2 years and its expensive and not covered because I guess it can also be used as a smoking cessation tool..  Well  I am sure as you read on in my blog and entries you will learn why tony takes the pills he does and how we have come to be where we are..  Although at this point I must run as Isabella needs a bath and wants me to read her Busy Little Mouse……

Ok I am back..  Well that was interesting night.  I have to wonder how other very prego women, um shave…  I had to ask Tony for help as I could not reach over my belly comfortably and shave my legs..  He did a good job but wow was he ever gentle to start with.  We got to talking and hes like this is way different then shaving my face I was like oh how so.. I guess you go with the grain on the face and WAY lighter touch when doing the face.. He said if he shaved his face as hard as I had asked him to shave my legs he would tear his face open.. I guess that makes sense, its a much more sensitive area but really whats with the grain thing.. Hm  Today I had an ultrasound.  It was ultrasound number 7ish..  They showed us the baby when they were done but hes so big now its hard to get a good picture.. She had me rolling all over the place to try and take measurements.  I wondered what they were looking for this time.  Well I am sure he is fine.  Hes active and his heart is healthy..  They measured the flow of blood thou his umbilical cord, that was a new one for me..  It sounded pretty neat to hear though.  While I was laying there with Tony and Isabella watching Isabella decides she wants to climb all over and the lady just about had a heart attack.  Yeah my daughter the monkey thats for sure.  Man I couldnt keep that child stationary if  I tried for more then 10 seconds IF THAT.. LOL its funny though when company comes over they are always astound by how active she is, the most common thing we get is wow shes busy.. Yup busy is one way to describe her..  I like the word active, or spirited.  For the most part she listens mostly better to me then daddy..  Daddys a bit of a push over though and I am a hard ass.  I was thinking about it today though, how better to keep her stimulated.  I dont think she is being challenged enough during the day and this might be the cause of her lack of sleep.  Oh hey I just realized that I am rambling..  For all of you who dont know me, I have ADHD and go off in like a million different directions if I am not paying attention so if you find this blog hard to read I do apologize…. Anyways I am tired and bed is calling my name..
